Bitterroot River Bed & Breakfast
We are located within the Town limits of Stevensville, in Montana’s scenic Bitterroot Valley. Our Bed and Breakfast overlooks the River and is at the base of the Bitterroot Mountains. We offer a tranquil country-style setting with on-property access to the River, combined with the convenience of being located within a small town. The Bitterroot River B&B is within walking distance of main street Stevensville, which offers art galleries, museums, antiques, groceries, restaurants and other unique shopping opportunities.
Experience a Montana sunset under the Big Sky. Awaken to a cup of locally roasted coffee. Look forward to an exciting day hiking, bird watching, fly-fishing, hunting, biking, canoeing, golfing, visiting museums or rafting on the river. We are minutes from the Metcalf Wildlife Refuge, and a few hours to Glacier and Yellowstone National Park. There are 4 available bedrooms, each with their own distinctive style. The Bitterroot River Room has an elegant king size canopy bed and great views of the river. In the Lewis and Clark Room you will find rustic pine furnishings with river and mountain views. An antique feather bed with matching antique dresser characterizes the cozy Sapphire Room. Wild Rose is the name of the final rental room, which also has an antique dresser, a beautiful metal sleigh bed and wonderful river and mountain views. All of our rooms have private bathrooms with tub/showers and private entrances. Please join your hosts Tim & Shelly Hunter for some old fashioned Montana hospitality.
